Delivery and Payment

DELIVERY

Kniholo will be delivered to you fast and safely by one of our contracted delivery services (PPL, DPD).

PAYMENT

The order may be paid by a banking transfer. Please don´t send money until your order has been confirmed by an email that you should receive immediately after you have made your order. The email will include the bank account number and the variable symbol for your payment. Giving the correct details (especially the variable symbol) will enable us to match the payment with the order. All orders are released for delivery first after the payment has been properly deposited to our bank account.

DELIVERY TIME

We deliver the goods about 2-3 weeks after the order has been submitted. The customer will be informed about sending the goods via email.
